2008 Forest Hill Vineyard Highbury Fields Cabernet Merlot

Opaque dark crimson red black colour with dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant, dark mulberry, toasty cedar and spice. Medium weight the palate is a touch austere with flavours of mulberry, cedar, a touch of earth and spice. Dry slightly chalky tannins. Moderate mulberry, cedar and spice aftertaste.
