2008 Fonty's Pool Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

An excellent commercial example of the blend.
Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Grassy, herbaceous top note with the Sauvignon Blanc being dominant. Aromas of semi ripe and ripe gooseberry are followed by a hint of citrus as an end note. The palate delivers flavours of confectionary and ripe gooseberry over a light green herbaceous back palate. Clean acid finish.
