2008 Fermoy Estate Margaret River Chardonnay

Bright straw pale gold colour with watery hue. Lifted aromas of white peach, cashew and spice with honeycomb as an end note. Medium to full in body, the palate displays flavours of white peach, spice, biscuit and cashew with a light toast overlay. Good acid balance with a clean dry finish. Long aftertaste of cashew, spice and roasted almond. A well made, Burgundian inspired Chardonnay.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2010-2014).
