2008 Dowie Doole Cabernet Sauvignon

A very generous fleshy textured McLaren Vale Cabernet.
Opaque very dark red black colour with deep dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of dark blackcurrant and cassis followed by a touch of liquorice and some dark chocolate. Full bodied the palate delivers a very ripe flavour profile of cassis, dark chocolate, liquorice and spice. Fine grained tannin structure with aftertaste of dark chocolate, liquorice, blackcurrant and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years (2013-2014).
Alc 14.0%
