2008 Domaine Christian Moreau Chablis

Produced from vines with an average age of 40 years old and matured entirely in stainless steel tanks. Brilliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and water like hue. The nose displays aromas of light pear, biscuit, citrus and mineral. Clean crisp dry palate flavours of pear, lemon, biscuit and mineral. Crisp acidity with a flinty dry finish. Long aftertaste of citrus, mineral and cashew.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
