2008 Dolan Barossa Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with black heart and deep black dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe blackberry, dark plum and liquorice followed by a hint of raisin. Super concentrated, the palate is packed and stacked with voluptuous ripe fruit flavours of blackberry, liquorice, dark plum and spice. Velvet smooth soft tannin structure. Fleshy mouthfeel with long aftertaste of dark plum, blackberry and liquorice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
