2008 Deen De Bortoli Vat 8 Shiraz

Very deep dark red black colour with dark red hue. The nose displays plummy dark cherry aromas followed by some liquorice and toast notes. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers flavours of blackberry, liquorice and toast with a spicy back palate. Dry inky slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, toast, dark cherry and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012-2015).
