2008 Cullen Cullen Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of dry hay followed by a hint of honeycomb and light ripe gooseberry. The palate is quite delicate with flavours of gooseberry and dry hay over a light confectionary, spice and barrel ferment character. Moderate length. Aftertaste of unripe gooseberry with grassiness persisting.
