2008 Crawford River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Light pale water like colour with a tinge of straw. Grassy herbaceous gooseberry aromas with some citrus and confectionery notes in the background – quite intense aromatics. The palate doesn't follow on from the nose lacking the intensity and is a touch broad with light flavours of gooseberry, green apple and citrus with a hint of minerality.
