2008 Clayfield Grampians Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple crimson red colour with deep dark purple crimson hue. Displaying good intensity the nose exhibits aromas of very ripe blackberry and dark plum followed by some dark chocolate and spice. Big, rich and densely concentrated the palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of super ripe blackberry, black plum, liquorice, dark chocolate and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with long ripe blackberry, liquorice, plum and spice aftertaste.
