2008 Chateau Petit Vedrines Sauternes

Brilliant pale gold colour with very pale gold hue. The nose displays aromas of light honey, peach, fig and some cinnamon spice as an end note. The palate is slightly lighter in weight than expected but still delivers a rich flavour profile of honey, ripe peach, tropical fruits and spice. Clean finish. Good acid balance with aftertaste of honeyed peach and spice.
Drink over the next 5-6 years (2011-2017).
