2008 Caledonia Australis Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge and watery hue. Aromas of white peach, spice, cashew and nougat. The palate displays excellent concentration and intensity with mouthfilling flavours of white peach, spice, cashew and honey dew with some toasty lees characters on the back palate. Great mouthfeel with an almost creamy like texture. Excellent depth with long aftertaste of white peach, spice and cashew with a subtle toast overtone.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
