2008 Bishops Head Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. Aromas of ripe lime and floral notes are to the fore followed by some orange blossom and citrus. The palate displays a flavour profile of ripe limes, tropical fruits and orange blossom. Clean medium dry soft acid finish with a touch of residual sweetness present. Aftertaste of ripe lime, tropical fruit and orange blossom.
Drink now (2011).
