2008 Barratt The Reserve Piccadilly Valley Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson red colour with crimson red mauve hue. Aromas of dark cherry and spicy cedar are followed by some anise and violet end notes. Medium weight with good power wave the palate displays flavours of dark strawberry, plum, cedar and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins with long dark cherry, plum and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years (2011-2016)
