2008 Bannockburn Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge and water like hue. The nose displays distinct barrel ferment characters with lifted notes of cashew, yeast lees, white peach and biscuit with a spicy honeycomb end note. Medium to full bodied the palate displays flavours of cashew, white peach, spice and biscuit. Clean dry finish with long aftertaste of white peach, cashew and biscuit.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2010-2014).
