Matured for a period of 18 months in a combination of French and American oak.
Deep dark crimson red colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Aromas of mulberry, plum and spice. Medium bodied with flavours of ripe mulberry and plum followed by some spice and a touch of cedar. Very fine grained well balanced tannin structure with aftertaste of mulberry, plum and spice.
