2008 Ashbrook Estate Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with dark red purple hue. The nose exhibits aromas of dried meats, liquorice, earth and blackpepper. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses generous liquorice and black cherry flavours overlaid with blackpepper followed by some spicy dried meat characters. Dryish finish with fine grained yet assertive tannin structure. Long liquorice, black cherry, dried meats and blackpepper aftertaste.
