2007 Wynns Coonawarra Estate Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of yeast lees followed by biscuit, showing impressive barrel ferment character. There is a hint of melon on the palate with citrus back palate flavours. Chablis like in its flavour profile. Clean acid finish. Lemon and light grapefruit aftertaste.
