2007 Trust Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. The nose is a touch subdued displaying aromas of liquorice, black cherry and dark plum followed by some spice and subtle toasty oak end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate has flavours of dark plum and some black cherries along with liquorice some toasty oak and spice. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, dark plum, subtle toasty oak and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
