2007 Thomas Wines Sweetwater Individual Vineyard Shiraz

Very deep crimson mauve purple colour with mauve purple hue. Top note of ripe plum, followed by liquorice, spice, stewed fruit and a hint of new leather. The palate displays flavours of plum, leather and stewed fruit with mocha and old leather on the back palate. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of plum, leather, stewed fruit and earth.
Cellar 2-3 years (2011-2012).
