2007 Te Mata Estate Elston Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of yeast lees, followed by melon and peach with a touch of butterscotch as an end note. The palate displays flavours of grapefruit, melon and lemon over a yeast lees background. There is a hint of citrus in the aftertaste.
