2007 Stella Bella Sangiovese Cabernet

Dark crimson red colour with dark red mauve hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of violets, dark cherries and spice with an earth end note. Medium weight and elegant the palate displays an attractive food friendly flavour profile of dark cherries, spice and cedar with some new leather characters on the back palate. Dry finish with fine grained tannin structure. Long aftertaste of spice, dark cherries and earthy cedar. An excellent impersonation of a Chianti Classico.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
