2007 Sanguine Estate Heathcote Shiraz

Totally opaque black crimson colour with very deep black crimson hue showing excellent saturation. The nose displays very good intensity with lifted notes of liquorice and confectionary followed by some dark plum, blackberry and blackpepper notes. Full bodied with tremendous fruit concentration the palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of liquorice, dark plum and confectionary followed by some blackpepper on the back palate. Fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of blackpepper, liquorice, confectionary and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
