2007 Saltram Mamre Brook Riesling

Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue, showing signs of some early development. Top note of lime, followed by honey, hints of honeycomb and tropical fruit. The palate displays flavours of lime, honey, light toast and honeycomb. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and toast.
