2007 Rymill The Yearling Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium body, crimson colour with crimson hue. Top note of spice, followed by blackcurrant and cedar. The palate flavours are overridden by a very dry chalky tannin layer which pushes the stewed fruit and spice flavours to one side. Dry chalky tannins persist.
