2007 Pressing Matters RO Riesling

This wine has been fermented dry and contains no residual sugar. Very pale straw colour, almost water like, with greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. Aromas of flinty citrus, toast and mineral. Dry, delicate palate flavours of citrus, lime and mineral followed by some emerging toast end notes. The wine is beginning to build in texture. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral.
