2007 Pipers Brook Vineyard Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with water like hue. Lifted nose, lime and spice top note followed by a touch of honey. The palate is quite lean – approaching mineral. Flavours of unripe tropical fruit with a dash of lemon. The wine displays a simplicity of style which misses out on aromatics and austere acidity.
