2007 Pillar Box Red Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Lifted nose of cassis followed by blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with end notes of earth and new leather. Ripe Cabernet palate perhaps a little overripe, with flavours of cedar, plum and blackcurrant over dark chocolate and mocha. Spicy back palate. Aftertaste of dark chocolate, spice and mocha.
