2007 Pikes The Dog Walk Cabernet Merlot

Deep dark brick red colour with brick red mauve hue – quite advanced for a 2007. Aromas of stewed fruit, confectionary and spice. Full bodied and quite generous with palate flavours of blackcurrant, dark plum, dark chocolate and spice. Dryish chewy tannins with aftertaste of dark blackcurrant, chocolate and spice.
Cellar 1-2 years (2011-2012).
