2007 Pewsey Vale The Contours Museum Release Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays intense citrus and toast top notes followed by some subtle lime and spicy end notes. Mouthfilling flavours of citrus, lime and toast followed by some spice with a touch of kerosene beginning to make an appearance on the back palate. Clean dry finish with excellent acid structure. Long lemon, lime toasty kerosene like characters and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
