2007 Paul Conti The Tuarts Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine includes a small portion of Merlot to soften the wines texture and was matured for 8 months in French oak.
Deep dark red black colour with deep dark brick red hue. The nose delivers top notes of tobacco, blackcurrant and cedar followed by some spice and cigar box end notes. Medium weight with elegant structure displaying flavours of blackcurrant, spice, tobacco and cedar. Excellent depth. Very fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of blackcurrant, liquorice, cedar and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2013-2014).
