An excellent follow up to the 2006. Bright pale gold
colour with straw hue. Top note of yeast lees, followed by cashew and hazelnut,
melon and cinnamon delivering an excellent sniff. Mouthfilling palate, creamy texture
– very spicy with flavours of hazelnut, melon, cashew and biscuit. Clean acid finish.
Long aftertaste of yeast lees, hazelnut and cashew.
