2007 Mr Riggs Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue with impressive cling. Top note of blackcurrant, followed by violet and cedar – delivering a perfumed Cabernet lift. The palate displays flavours of blackcurrant and black pepper followed by spice and vanilla, with just a touch of truffle evident on the back palate. Fine dryish, balanced tannins. Nuances of chocolate appear. Long aftertaste of black pepper.
