2007 Morambro Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark red black colour with deep dark brick red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant, mint and dark chocolate with some cedar end notes showing good intensity. Full bodied and ripe with a fleshy texture the palate displays generous flavours of dark chocolate and ripe blackcurrant followed by mint and some spicy cedar on the back palate. Well integrated velvet smooth tannins with aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cedar and spice. A generous ripe Padthaway Cabernet Sauvignon.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
