2007 Maude Mt Maude Family Vineyard Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with dark red mauve hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of dark cherry and anise followed by some toasty cedar and spice notes. Medium weight and showing good richness the palate delivers fleshy flavours of dark cherry, plum and anise followed by some cedar and spice on the back palate. Excellent power wave. Super fine grained beautifully integrated tannins with long aftertaste of dark cherry, anise, cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
