The colour is quite advanced – showing oxidative handling. Bright brassy gold colour with straw hue. Aroma of yeast lees, hazelnut and cashew with end notes of grapefruit and toasted oak. The palate displays developed flavours of toast, yeast lees and honey. Light back palate flavours of grapefruit, spice and honey. Toasted lees aftertaste.
