A well made medium bodied red but without definitive Merlot character. Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Mulberry and spice top note followed by earth and truffle end notes. The palate displays flavours of spice, truffle and stewed fruit over a light earthy background. Fine dry, slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of spice, truffle and spice.
