Excellent opaque black purple colour and black purple hue with excellent glass cling. Aromas of ripe plum, liquorice allsorts and confectionary. Full bodied, bulky palate dominated by flavours of stewed plum, liquorice and dark chocolate with some vanillin end notes. Fine grained tannin structure. Aftertaste of stewed plum, liquorice, confectionary and spice. A big heavy Barossa Cabernet.
