2007 Lethbridge Allegra Chardonnay

Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue, showing barrel ferment characters and some bottle development. The nose is classic – showing top notes of biscuit, followed by hazelnut, melon and fig. Excellent palate weight with creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of hazelnut, followed by a touch of citrus, yeast lees and light honeycomb. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of hazelnut and light honeycomb.
