Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Aromas of tropical fruit and spice followed by end notes of sherbet and lemon. The palate displays a balanced degree of residual sweetness. Flavours of ripe pineapple, ripe limes, crushed sultana and spice. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of ripe pineapple, crushed ripe sultana and lime with spiciness persisting.
