2007 Kirrihill Altan An Tobair Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine forms part of the Kirrihill single vineyard series. Very deep brick red, crimson colour with brick red crimson hue. Top note of cedar, followed by blackcurrant with a violet end note. The palate delivers flavours of cedar, spice, blackcurrant and chocolate. Excellent weight and mouthfeel. Fine grained tannins. Perfect balance. Long aftertaste of dark chocolate and spice, with spice lingering long into the aftertaste.
