2007 Killibinbin Scaredy Cat Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Very deep dark red black colour with dark red hue. The nose displays cassis top notes followed by some liquorice, dark chocolate and spice. Full bodied with a plush texture the palate delivers voluptuous flavours of liquorice, dark chocolate, vanilla and confectionary. Very soft velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, ripe blackberry, dark chocolate and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
