2007 Juniper Crossing Chardonnay

Maturation took place in French oak for 9 months. Bright straw pale gold colour with a slight greenish tinge and very pale straw hue. Aromas of nectarine, white peach, cashew and spice. Medium bodied with flavours of white peach, spice, cashew and a hint of nougat. Almost creamy like texture. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of spicy oak, cashew and nougat.
Drink now or cellar a further 2-3 years (2010-2013)
