2007 Hinton Hill Country Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson red colour with crimson red hue. Perfumed aromas of violets, cherries, Troncais oak and just a touch of earth. Light to medium weight with flavours of dark cherry and dark plum followed by some anise, cedar and spice back palate flavours. Good power wave. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark cherry, spice and cedar.
