2007 Higher Plane South by Southwest Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of ripe gooseberry, followed by tropical fruit and confectionary. The nose is quite lifted showing good varietal character. On the palate flavours of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit with a hint of ripe peach. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruit, gooseberry and spice.
