Made by young Barossa Maestro, Ben Glaetzer. The Director's Cut Shiraz has become a favourite over the years due to its intensity of flavour. This years Director's Cut underwent eight months of barrel maturation prior to bottling.

Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue, with excellent cling to the glass walls. Aroma of blackberry, vanilla and violets, followed by a cedar end note. The palate delivers a ‘joosy’ texture, with flavours of plum, vanilla, liquorice all sorts, stewed fruit and black pepper evident. Fine grained dryish, slightly chalky tannins but in balance. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, spice and vanilla.
