2007 Harcourt Valley Vineyards Barbara's Reserve Shiraz

Very deep black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of spice and vanilla followed by a hint of black pepper and cinnamon. The palate is quite tight – more restrained than the nose suggests. Flavours of stewed fruit and cedar. Fine tannin structure. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and spice.
