2007 Frankland Estate Olmo's Reward Merlot Cabernet Franc Malbec

This blend of 46% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Franc and 9% Malbec displays an outstanding opaque purple black colour with deep purple mauve hue. Aromas of mulberry, blackcurrant, earth and spice are followed by a cedar end note – an excellent sniff. Refined palate flavours of inky mulberry and black cherry followed by spice, earth and cedar all tightly knit with a dusty dry tannin structure. Aftertaste of inky mulberry, cedar and spice.
