This wine has been entirely barrel fermented. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of yeast lees, followed by butterscotch, biscuit and hazelnut. Creamy palate texture with flavours of spice, hazelnut, butterscotch and yeast lees evident. Yeast lees and spice flavours appear on the back palate with nuances of lemon. Aftertaste of spice, yeast lees and butterscotch. Soft acid finish.
