2007 Forester Estate Chardonnay

Pale straw colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays excellent intensity and varietal character with aromas of white peach, yeast lees, biscuit, toast and light butterscotch. Full bodied palate with a creamy texture – flavours of cashew, white peach, lees and biscuit with some spicy oak back palate flavours. Clean, dry finish with aftertaste of spice, biscuit and yeast lees. Excellent value.
Drink now or cellar 1-2 years.
